About JES
Journal of Emerging Scientists
Journal of Emerging Scientists (JES) is an open-access, pre-collegiate STEM journal. Founded by a small group of student-researchers in South Korea, the Journal, to date, is completely operated and supervised by high school students. We entertain a network of trusted Editors and Writers, recruited and trained on a regular basis, to construct an unprecedented STEM journal exclusively for the high school community and its associated public. All of our articles are thoroughly peer-reviewed, digital object identifier-tagged, and print-issued.
Beyond opening grounds for open-access STEM journals, JES has proactively expanded its reach to information technology, outreach and communication, and entrepreneurship in STEM. With a key mission to enrich the potential of young STEM scientists across the globe, we invest heavily in any and all projects, initiatives, and partnerships enhancing our faculty’s voice in the STEM academia. Accordingly, JES is a ground for one of the most ambitious and bright-minded scientists to gather; most of our faculty members are alumni of iGEM Foundation and the Society for Science and the Public.
